# Looking to Buy Existing Published Android Apps – $10–30 Per App

## Project Description

I am looking to purchase existing Android applications from independent developers, preferably based in India.

**Budget: $10–30 USD per application (maximum $30).**

I am interested in purchasing multiple applications from different developers.

I am NOT looking for new app development. I only want Android applications that are already published and publicly available on the Google Play Store.

Applications with very few downloads, no revenue, or projects that are no longer actively maintained are welcome.

## 1. Mandatory Requirements

Each application must meet ALL the following requirements:

1. The application must already be published and publicly available on Google Play.
2. The seller must be the legitimate owner of the application and have the legal right to sell it.
3. The application must be eligible for an official Google Play Console App Transfer.
4. **The seller MUST officially transfer the application directly from their Google Play Developer Account to MY Google Play Developer Account.**
5. The transfer must be completed using Google's official App Transfer procedure.
6. The application must successfully appear in MY Google Play Console after the transfer.
7. The seller must provide the complete, working source code (Java, Kotlin, or Flutter).
8. Full ownership, intellectual property rights, and commercial rights must be transferred to me.
9. The application must have no unresolved Google Play policy violations, suspensions, or copyright issues.
10. The application must be functional and capable of being updated and republished through Google Play.

**IMPORTANT: The purchase is NOT considered complete until the application has been successfully transferred to MY Google Play Developer Account and all agreed source code and ownership rights have been delivered.**

## 2. Types of Applications

I am interested in simple Android applications, including:

- Calculators
- Notes and productivity apps
- Educational apps
- Habit trackers
- Expense trackers
- Simple utility apps
- Basic tools
- Other small Android applications

I do not require significant downloads, active users, revenue, or monetization.

## 3. What I Am NOT Interested In

Please do NOT offer:

- Applications that have never been published on Google Play
- Source code without an existing Google Play listing
- APK files without source code
- Google Play Developer accounts for sale
- Suspended or removed applications
- Applications that cannot be officially transferred
- Applications with unresolved policy violations
- Applications containing stolen code or copyrighted content without proper rights
- New app development services
- Applications costing more than $30

## 4. Information Required from Sellers

When submitting your proposal, please provide:

1. Direct Google Play Store link to the application.
2. Your asking price in USD.
3. Programming language (Java, Kotlin, or Flutter).
4. Approximate number of downloads.
5. Confirmation that you own the application.
6. Confirmation that complete source code is included.
7. Confirmation that you can officially transfer the application directly to my Google Play Developer Account.
8. Confirmation that there are no unresolved Google Play policy violations.

**Proposals without a Google Play Store link will not be considered.**

## 5. Transfer and Payment Procedure

The transaction will follow these steps:

1. Seller provides the Google Play Store link and application details.
2. Buyer reviews the application and confirms the purchase.
3. Buyer funds a Freelancer milestone.
4. Seller initiates the official Google Play App Transfer to the buyer's developer account.
5. Google completes the transfer, and the application appears in the buyer's Google Play Console.
6. Seller delivers the complete source code and written confirmation of the transfer of ownership and commercial rights.
7. Buyer verifies the delivered materials.
8. Buyer releases the milestone payment after successful completion.

All payments will be handled through Freelancer.com.

## 6. Long-Term Cooperation

I am interested in purchasing multiple applications.

Developers who own several small published Android applications are welcome to offer their entire portfolio.

**The maximum price remains $30 per application.**

If the first transaction is successful, I may purchase additional applications.

## Final Reminder

I am buying EXISTING, PUBLISHED Android applications with:

- Official Google Play App Transfer to MY developer account
- Complete source code
- Full ownership and commercial rights
- Maximum price of $30 per app
