The task is to design and develop a clean, professional-looking business portfolio website that highlights what the company does and makes it effortless for prospects to reach out.
Scope of work
• Build a modern, responsive homepage that introduces the brand at a glance.
• Create a Services section where up to five offerings can be presented with brief descriptions and eye-catching visuals.
• Add a Contact page that includes an embedded form (name, email, message) and the option to display phone and address details.
• Ensure consistent styling, fast load times, and full mobile optimisation.
• Set up an easy-to-maintain CMS so I can update text and images myself after launch.
• Basic on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, alt tags) and Google Analytics integration are expected.
Acceptance criteria
1. Pages render correctly on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, both desktop and mobile.
2. Contact form sends emails to the designated address without errors.
3. All copy, images, and links supplied by me are in place and functioning.
4. CMS login provided with clear hand-over notes.
Final deliverable: a fully operational website hosted on my chosen server, plus a brief user guide in PDF or video form covering how to make routine edits.
