I have an enterprise-grade, multi-vendor SaaS marketplace that is feature-complete on paper but still awaiting a green light for production. Before we release, I need an experienced Technical Project Manager or Technical Product Manager to give the entire platform a hard, independent review and drive it all the way to an unequivocal “ready” or “not ready”.

Scope you will own
• Perform a line-by-line review of the build against the existing SRS, challenging developers whenever implementation drifts from spec.
• Orchestrate milestone planning and daily follow-ups with the current dev team so fixes, retests and regressions stay on schedule.
• Design and execute full UAT: test every workflow, log defects in detail, and verify fixes. The goal is simple—ensure the platform is production-ready before final acceptance.
• Validate the technical backbone: software architecture, database structure and integrity, API layer, security protocols and compliance, and overall deployment readiness.
• Inspect all core modules—multi-vendor management, master catalogue, RFQ and procurement flows, escrow and wallet, payments, FEFO and expiry handling, RBAC and reporting—to be sure they interoperate seamlessly.
• Deliver a concise acceptance report that states “ready” or “not ready”, with clear reasoning and a prioritized defect list where relevant.

What I’m looking for
– 5+ years leading technical projects or products, preferably for large-scale B2B marketplaces or complex SaaS platforms.
– Demonstrable strength in software architecture validation, database assessment, security & deployment readiness, and the diplomacy to challenge developers constructively. Coding is not required but technical fluency is.
– Portfolio examples of similar marketplace launches plus at least one sample UAT or acceptance report.

Tools we already use include Jira, Confluence, Postman, AWS and Docker; feel free to suggest additional tools if they sharpen the process.

Acceptance criteria
1. Every workflow in the SRS is tested with pass/fail evidence.
2. Architecture, database, security and deployment checks are documented with actionable recommendations.
3. All critical bugs are closed or clearly flagged as launch blockers.
4. Final report delivered in both PDF and editable format, signed off by me.

If this end-to-end readiness audit is squarely in your wheelhouse, let’s talk timing and approach.
