Dynamics 365 WO/Booking Complete Automated PDF Email Report

DYNAMICS 365 FIELD SERVICE DEVELOPER - AUTOMATED CUSTOMER PDF REPORTS

Peace of Mind Electrical Services uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service. We need a production-ready solution that automatically generates, stores, and emails branded customer PDF reports at two separate events:

1. When a Bookable Resource Booking is completed.
2. When the associated Work Order is completed.

The reports must use Work Order and Booking data, customer-visible notes, photos, customer signature, itemized charges, tax/discounts, and final price. The solution should use Dataverse/Power Automate, be packaged in a Power Platform solution, prevent duplicate emails, include retries and monitoring, and support secure document storage and customer email delivery.

A Word report template and PDF visual reference are supplied. The developer must validate content controls, complete environment-specific mappings, and test PDF conversion.

Required experience:
- Dynamics 365 Field Service and Bookable Resource Booking/Work Order lifecycle
- Dataverse and solution-aware Power Automate flows
- Notes/Annotation attachments and image handling
- Word content controls and PDF generation
- Power Platform ALM, security roles, connection references, and environment variables

- Your proposed architecture and PDF-generation method
- How you will prevent duplicate sends
- How custom Completed booking statuses will be detected
- Fixed price and timeline by milestone
- Licenses or recurring third-party costs
- Similar project examples
- Assumptions, exclusions, warranty, and availability
