Business Development Executive / BDM – IT Services

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager who can help us acquire new clients for our Web Development, Software Development and IT Services.

This is a performance-based opportunity, ideal for someone who already has experience in B2B sales, IT services sales, lead generation, or client acquisition.

Responsibilities
Find and approach potential clients
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, cold outreach, referrals, etc.
Understand client requirements
Schedule client meetings
Coordinate with our technical team for quotations/proposals
Follow up with prospects
Help convert qualified leads into paying clients
Maintain a basic sales pipeline/report
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in BDE/BDM/Sales
IT/software/web development sales experience is preferred
Good English communication skills
Ability to independently find clients
Experience with international clients is a plus
Should be comfortable with performance/commission-based compensation
Candidates with their own client network/leads are highly preferred
Compensation

Commission-based initially: 7–10% of the first project payment received from clients acquired by you.

For candidates with proven experience/network, we can discuss a fixed monthly retainer + commission model.

Commission is paid after the client payment is received.
