Location: Hybrid / Flexible
Working arrangement: Part-time / Flexible

The Role
We are looking for a young, ambitious, dynamic, and highly resourceful Chief of Staff & Business Development to work directly with the Founder. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on challenges, enjoys exploring new opportunities, and values independence.
This is a broad and hands-on role combining business development, strategy, research, operations, and administration. You will act as the Founder’s right hand and be involved in a wide range of activities as the company grows.
The role is flexible and does not follow a traditional 9-to-5 structure. Priorities and workload will vary depending on client projects and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Founder on strategic and commercial priorities.
- Research markets, companies, industries, and business opportunities.
- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients and business partners.
- Support client projects and international expansion initiatives.
- Identify local partners, experts, and service providers.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, research, and business analyses.
- Coordinate external partners and follow up on projects and deliverables.
- Manage documentation, CRM, administration, and other operational tasks.
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and other practical requirements.
- Help develop internal processes and systems.
- Take ownership of projects to ensure progress is made effectively.
Profile:
We are looking for someone who is smart, energetic, curious, independent-minded, exceptionally resourceful, and open to challenges.
A strong connection to Central or Eastern Europe or Portugal is a requirement. You should either be from one of these regions or have significant personal or professional familiarity with the region's markets.
You should also be:
- Proactive and entrepreneurial.
- Highly organized and reliable.
- Commercially minded with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable dealing with senior professionals.
- A fast learner with problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Able to travel freely within Europe when required.
Previous experience in business development, consulting, startups, operations strategy or international business is an advantage but not mandatory if you possess the right mindset for growth.
Working Style:
This is a flexible part-time position designed for someone who values autonomy while taking responsibility for delivering results. The role combines high-level strategic work with practical tasks required to build a company. You may be researching a new market or speaking with potential clients one day while handling administrative tasks or solving operational issues the next.
No task is too small when it needs to get done. What matters most is initiative, responsiveness ownership accountability alongside achieving results effectively.
