Business Developer for Web Development Agency

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to help generate and close web development clients for our agency.

Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients who need website development, e-commerce, or web application services
Generate qualified leads through outreach (cold email, LinkedIn, freelance platforms, networking, or your own channels)
Present our services professionally and handle initial client communication
Negotiate and close deals, or hand over qualified leads for final closing
Maintain a simple pipeline/tracker of leads and their status
Coordinate with our development team to ensure smooth handover once a client is closed

What We Offer:

Fixed monthly payment: $200 USD/month
5% commission on the total value of every project you bring in and successfully close
Long-term working relationship for the right candidate
Flexibility to work remotely on your own schedule, as long as targets are met

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably in web development, digital agencies, or IT services)
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Confidence in cold outreach and client conversations
Understanding of web development services is a plus (you don't need to be technical, but should understand what we offer)
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

Ideal Candidate:
Someone who already has experience generating leads/clients for web development, digital marketing, or IT agencies, and is looking for a long-term partnership with commission-based growth potential.
