Build Multi-Tier Backlink Campaign

I’m ready to launch a focused off-page SEO push and need an experienced link builder who can create a solid two-tier structure:

• Tier 1: 200-300 contextual profile Web 2.0 properties, each built on reputable platforms and containing unique, readable content that links to my target pages.
• Tier 2: 2,000-5,000 GSA Search Engine Ranker links pointed only at those Tier 1 URLs to strengthen their authority and indexing rate.

I will supply the money site URLs, anchor text variations, and any brand guidelines you need. You’ll handle account creation, content generation (spun or manually written, but must pass basic readability checks), link placement, and a natural drip-feed schedule so the profile grows steadily rather than in one big spike.

Acceptance criteria
– Spreadsheet report with login credentials for every Web 2.0, live Tier 1 URLs, and the corresponding Tier 2 link counts per URL.
– At least 80 % of Tier 1 links remain live two weeks after delivery.
– No links on adult, gambling, or pharma sites unless cleared with me first.
