Build & List Portfolio Website

I want a clean, conversion-focused business portfolio site that I can immediately turn around and sell. The core of the build is a sleek homepage, service overview sections, and—most importantly—an easily updatable Client Testimonials area (carousel or grid is fine as long as it looks polished on desktop and mobile).

Once the site is finished, I also need your help packaging it for resale: that means handing over the full codebase (or WordPress/Webflow export), a brief brand style guide, and a step-by-step hand-off document so the eventual buyer can launch without friction. If you have experience listing on Flippa or similar marketplaces, let me know; guidance on crafting an attractive listing would be a plus.
