Build Hyperlocal Flutter Super-App

I’m ready to launch a hyper-local, on-demand platform and need a complete Flutter solution that covers every touch-point:

• Customer app (iOS & Android) built from one Flutter code-base
• Partner app for Android couriers/technicians
• Web-based admin console with real-time dashboards

The first release must support three verticals right out of the gate: food & grocery delivery, home services such as cleaning and small repairs, and local store or parcel drop-offs. At checkout, customers choose either cash or a secure online option (card or wallet); whichever they pick, it must flow into the same order-management pipeline.

Order dispatch has to be automatic. As soon as a request is placed, the backend should locate the nearest available partner and push the job to their device without manual intervention. If no one accepts within a short window, the system can keep looking or escalate to the admin panel.

I’m flexible on backend tech so long as it is scalable, well-documented, and deployable to a mainstream cloud. Clean, commented Flutter 3.x code, Firebase/FCM for notifications, and map / location APIs are expected parts of the stack.
