Customer Portal Development with FastAPI and Next.js and an android app

I'm seeking an experienced Python developer to build a customer-facing portal using FastAPI and Next.js

Below are the things to build. Product requirements document draft version uploaded in files
1. an android app
2. fast api application with an API to call from android app to feed data
3. a web application with users/villages and dashboard screens.

The portal will allow users to:
- Create an account, sign in, and manage their profile
- View, search, and manage their own content or records
- Access a personalized dashboard

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Python and FastAPI
- Strong knowledge of Next.js and React
- Experience in building secure, user-friendly authentication systems
- Knowledge in developing interactive dashboards
- Familiarity with database management and API integration
