Lead-Generating Company Website Build

I need a clean, modern business website whose sole focus is to turn curious visitors into solid enquiries. The site should instantly communicate what we do, answer the most common questions, and give prospects multiple, friction-free ways to reach out—prominent contact forms, click-to-call buttons, and a WhatsApp chat option all need to be in place.

Core scope
• Design a fully responsive, mobile-first layout that looks equally sharp on phones, tablets, and desktops.
• Develop up to five key pages (Home, About, Services, Portfolio/Case Studies, Contact) with clear calls-to-action on each.
• Integrate an easy-to-update CMS (WordPress is fine, I’m open to alternatives if you can justify them).
• On-page SEO basics: clean slugs, alt tags, meta titles/descriptions ready for my keywords.
• Fast loading—please optimise images, minify assets, and set up caching.
• Connect contact forms to my chosen email address so every lead lands in my inbox instantly; a simple auto-reply confirming receipt would be great.

Nice-to-haves (if they fit smoothly):
live chat widget, a lightweight blog section for future content marketing, and Google Analytics/Tag Manager installed so I can track conversions from day one.

Acceptance criteria
1. The live site passes mobile-friendly and speed tests (Google PageSpeed 85+ on mobile).
2. All forms send and record enquiries without errors.
3. I receive a short hand-off guide showing how to edit text, swap images, and add a new page within the CMS.

Once you hand over the finished site and I confirm everything works as stated above, I’ll release final approval.
