British Voice-Over For Property Ad

The project is a short, professional British English voice-over that will sit on top of a video advertising the sale of my own property. Proposal accepted from UK only please. Once we start, I’ll send over the finished script; it’s concise and written specifically for a video voice-over, so clear pacing and flawless diction are essential.

I need a native British accent—Received Pronunciation or another neutral UK delivery—executed with a confident, trustworthy tone. No exaggerated enthusiasm, just a polished, commercial style that makes buyers feel they’re in safe hands.

Deliverables
• A clean, broadcast-quality audio track (WAV and MP3) free of breaths, clicks, and background noise
• Properly mastered levels (around –3 dBFS, 48 kHz/24-bit preferred)
• One round of minor revisions for timing or pronunciation tweaks

Please record on professional equipment and have the final files back to me within two days of acceptance so I can drop them straight onto the edit timeline.
