Booking.com Hotel Setup Assistance

I need to get my hotel live on Booking.com and ready to accept accommodation-only reservations—no flight or car-rental extras, just a smooth hotel booking flow.

The property still has to be configured inside the Booking.com Extranet, so the work covers every step: entering room details, uploading photos, defining rate plans, syncing the availability calendar, activating online payments, and fine-tuning policies for maximum visibility. Because this is a single-property project, speed and accuracy matter more than scale.

Essential tasks include:
• Creating and verifying the full listing
• Populating the calendar a year ahead and ensuring it stays in sync with my future channel manager/PMS
• Setting up at least one standard and one non-refundable rate plan, plus clear cancellation and payment rules
• Enabling review collection and smart-pricing features to boost ranking
• Walking me through the dashboard (about 30 minutes) and supplying a brief PDF cheat sheet so I can manage rates and availability myself afterward
