My aluminum skiff feels tippy and I’m convinced the root cause is the way the hull plates were originally loft-bent. I’d like a seasoned metal-boat builder or naval architect to help me create a corrected bend loft that redistributes weight and calms the roll.

Here’s what I need:
• Review of my current hull measurements, photos and simple sketches (I’ll supply everything I have).
• A revised bend-loft layout or set of patterns ready for plasma/CNC or manual plate rolling.
• Clear guidance on weld sequencing and any small structural tweaks that will keep the boat true once the new plates are in.
• A short write-up explaining how the new loft addresses the instability so I can justify the changes to my local fabricator.

If you’ve worked on aluminum jon boats, skiffs or RHIBs and can show a couple of similar stability fixes, that’s exactly the experience I’m looking for. Please tell me about those projects when you reply.

I can exchange files in DXF, DWG or PDF and I’m comfortable jumping on a quick video call to walk you through the boat. Let’s get this aluminum hull riding level and steady.
