I’m ready to complete RGPM by adding Module 8 and need a developer who can take the lead on its full-scale development. The mandate is straight-forward: deliver the final module in working form, integrated neatly into the current codebase.
Objective
The sole objective for this stage is Development—no analysis or reporting; just clean, production-ready code that plugs into the existing system without breaking anything downstream.
Scope of work
• End-to-end software development of Module 8
• Seamless integration with the other RGPM modules already in production
• Code must be written in Laravel or CodeIgniter and leverage core PHP best practices
• Any database migrations, API endpoints, or helper libraries required for this module should ship alongside the main code
Acceptance criteria
1. Module 8 installs and runs locally via composer without errors
2. All existing RGPM features remain fully functional after integration
3. Code passes PSR-12 style checks and includes unit tests for new functionality
4. A concise README explains setup, environment variables, and deployment steps
If you are comfortable building robust features in Laravel or CodeIgniter and can hand over thoroughly tested, well-documented code, I’m ready to get started right away.
