I regularly prepare government and private tenders for BLDC ceiling fans and I’m looking for a seasoned consultant who can step in on a per-tender basis to take full ownership of the documentation package each time an opportunity comes up.
Your core task is clear: draft and polish all tender documentation so it meets every stated requirement and presents our offer in the strongest, most compliant way possible. That means translating my commercial intent and product data into precise clauses, schedules, annexes, warranty terms, compliance statements, drawings lists and any supporting certificates a particular buyer requests.
The emphasis of each tender can shift—one buyer may rank energy efficiency first, another might press hard on cost, while a third could prioritise smart-control features—so you should be comfortable tailoring the wording, evidence and data tables accordingly rather than relying on a single template.
Typical hand-offs from me:
• Product datasheets, test reports and previous tender notes
• Key commercial parameters (price, delivery timelines, service scope)
• Buyer’s RFP / bid booklet in PDF, XLS or e-portal format
What I expect back:
• A complete, submission-ready tender file in the exact format the buyer specifies (Word, Excel schedules, locked PDF, or portal entry)
• Highlighted compliance matrix showing every clause addressed
• Quick turnaround on clarifications until the bid is formally lodged
Familiarity with IS/IEC fan standards, BEE star-labelling, and common e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, state e-tender sites) will make the process smoother.
If this is in your wheelhouse and you’re happy to engage one tender at a time, let’s connect so we can walk through the first upcoming bid.
