Senior Insurance Account Manager Needed

I run an independent brokerage in the United States with a book made up entirely of commercial lines. I need a senior-level account manager who can take full ownership of the renewal cycle. Your focus will be on keeping every policy current, competitive, and compliant without my having to chase status updates.

Day-to-day you will: coordinate loss runs, gather underwriting data, market to carriers, negotiate terms, prepare proposal documents, secure bind orders, and update the management system so everything is traceable.

We operate in EzLynx and Microsoft 365; familiarity with either (or a comparable AMS) is important. Deep knowledge of ISO forms, certificates, and additional-insured wording is expected.

Deliverables
• Renewal strategy and timeline for each assigned account
• Proposal & bind packet uploaded to Epic before the effective date
• Weekly report highlighting upcoming expirations, carrier feedback, and any obstacles
