Company is an Atlanta-based AI startup building chatbot solutions and AI-powered tools for children and families. We are looking for a confident and professional Technical Customer Support Specialist to help communicate with prospective and current clients, understand their needs, and support our team in client meetings.
Required skills
• Basic understanding of technology and digital products.
• Strong verbal communication skills in fluent English
• Professional and confident client-facing communication.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and propose solutions
• Willingness to learn and work with our team for technical support when needed.
Compensation & Schedule
• Fixed hourly rate: $10~$20 per hour
• Current workload: approximately 2–3 hours per day, with 2–3 meetings daily
• Part-time role with expected growth in hours over time
