Back-dated Zoho Invoice data entry

From 1 April 2026 onward every bill—utility, vendor and customer—needs to be entered into my Zoho Books account one at a time. While you work, keep an eye out for three things: data-entry errors, discrepancies in the stated amounts and any gaps where an invoice should exist but doesn’t.

You’ll be sharing your screen with me during the sessions so we can agree on field-mapping, naming conventions and the workflow that prevents duplicates. update me daily with a concise spreadsheet or Zoho report that flags the issues you find, the document reference and the action you recommend. Accuracy is critical, so I’ll spot-check random entries before we move on to the next batch.

Final deliverables
• All back-dated bills correctly posted in Zoho Books
• A problem log detailing every error, discrepancy or missing invoice discovered
• A brief summary of systemic issues (if any) that might require a process change
