AURA Quick-Commerce

AURA began as a neighbourhood grocery store in Kaliyaganj, West Bengal, and I now want to give it a digital life that truly fits non-metro India. I need a full-stack build that delivers both a mobile app (Android + iOS) and a responsive website, sharing one back-end so inventory, prices and promotions stay in sync everywhere.

Core functions must be rock-solid from day one:
• Secure user account creation with mobile OTP or email sign-up
• Real-time order tracking from confirmation to doorstep
• Seamless payment integration (UPI, cards, wallets)

Please attach a detailed project proposal outlining your suggested tech stack, phased timeline and post-launch support plan. I value solutions that keep data light for patchy networks, support multilingual UI and allow easy geographic scaling as we expand to other tier-3 towns.

At hand-over I expect production-ready code, deployment to Play Store and App Store, and the live website sitting on my preferred host, plus full documentation so my in-house team can manage routine updates.
