I need to move a published Android app from one Google Play Console account to another. I already have full access to the source account and will supply access to the destination account as soon as we start. The goal is to transfer only the app itself—no user data, analytics, or auxiliary assets need to follow it.

Your job is to handle every step of Google’s official “App Transfer” procedure: preparing the app (package name, payments profile, policy status), submitting the transfer request form, and confirming successful migration when Google completes the switch.
