Android Tablet Software Update Assistance

I have a batch of Android tablets that refuse to complete their normal software update because I can no longer sign in to start the process. I need a freelancer who can walk me through—or remotely carry out—a full software update so each device is running the latest version it supports and all security patches are applied.

The work will be finished once every tablet can:
• sign in without errors
• download and install the current official system update
• reboot and operate normally afterward
