As-Built Floor Plans for Renovation

I need accurate, renovation-ready as-built floor plans for a two-story, 7,500 sq ft commercial building located in Knoxville’s Vestal neighborhood. Your drawings will be the foundation for our upcoming redesign, so dimensional accuracy is critical.

Scope
• Document existing conditions for both stories: walls, columns, doors, windows, stairs, core restrooms, built-ins, and any major equipment or structural elements that influence layout.
• Indicate ceiling heights and major level changes where they occur.
• Deliver clean, well-layered CAD (.dwg) files plus matching PDF sheets scaled at 1/8" = 1'-0" (or metric equivalent if you prefer).

What I’ll provide
Access to the building, any prior permit drawings I can locate, and point-of-contact details for scheduling measurements.

Expectations
Your finished plans must be dependable enough for design development—no guesswork or missing dimensions. Label everything clearly, keep layers organized, and include a simple legend. I’m happy to field questions as you survey or draft.

Timeline
Once you confirm availability, we can arrange site access within a week. I’d like the first draft within ten days of your visit and the final set a few days after my review notes.
