I have collected a small set of survey responses for an MBA research assignment that explores inequality within the healthcare sector. The data are already entered in SPSS; what I now need is a clear statistical story that highlights any patterns or trends that emerge.

Here is what I am after:
• Descriptive statistics first—frequencies, measures of central tendency and dispersion—so that the basic shape of the data is obvious at a glance.
• Two specific inferential checks: an ANOVA where it makes sense to compare group means and a Chi-square test on the categorical variables, both run and reported directly from SPSS.

The end goal is to spot and articulate meaningful patterns rather than formally test a single hypothesis, so please keep the interpretation narrative-driven and easy to follow.

Deliverables
1. An updated .sav file showing any variable recoding or labeling you perform.
2. The SPSS Output Viewer (.spv) with all tables and graphs neatly titled.
3. A concise write-up (≈1-2 pages) explaining what the descriptive statistics reveal, followed by the results and plain-language interpretation of the ANOVA and Chi-square tests.

Because the sample size is modest I prefer straightforward, textbook-correct procedures over any elaborate modelling. If you can turn this around quickly and keep the explanations MBA-friendly, we will be a great fit.
