Artistic Real Estate Reels

I create educational Instagram content around new-build projects and need an editor who can turn raw site footage into eye-catching Reels that feel unmistakably artistic and creative. Every clip should teach followers something about real estate while holding their attention from the first three seconds.

You’ll work with on-site videos, drone shots, and CAD exports that I supply. Your job is to blend those shots with polished 3D renderings, seamless transitions, color-graded footage, trending but licence-safe audio, and clear on-screen captions so viewers can watch without sound.

Deliverables for each Reel
• 30–60 sec 1080×1920 MP4, optimized for Instagram
• One attention-grabbing cover thumbnail (JPG)
• The editable project file (Premiere Pro / After Effects or equivalent)
• A short caption suggestion with 5–7 relevant hashtags

Acceptance criteria
• Consistent brand palette and typography
• 3D call-outs match camera movement and scale accurately
• Hook delivered within first 3 sec, total length under 60 sec
• No copyrighted music flags

I’ll need an initial test Reel within three days of receiving assets; after approval, expect a steady flow of three to four Reels per week. If your portfolio already shows live footage merged with 3D elements, send it over and let’s elevate my real-estate feed together.
