I’m looking for support on two closely linked tasks: crafting original, research-based Health & Wellness articles and accurately entering that copy into my content system.

Scope of work
• Write clear, engaging articles that educate readers on Health & Wellness topics I provide.
• Follow a friendly, trustworthy tone while keeping information evidence-based and easy to read.
• Apply basic on-page SEO (keyword use, headings, meta description) so each piece is ready to publish.
• Copy each finished article—complete with headings, bullet lists, and any requested tags—into the designated spreadsheet or CMS, double-checking formatting and links for accuracy.

What I’ll supply
• Specific article titles or outlines.
• Preferred keyword list and style guidelines.
• Access to the data-entry destination plus instructions for file naming and category selection.

Success looks like
• Error-free, plagiarism-free copy that meets the brief.
• Consistent formatting in the target system (no broken headings, clean paragraphs, correct categories).
• Timely delivery and open communication if questions arise.
