Amazon FBM upload spreadsheet creation and training in how to use it

I need a flat file spreadsheet creating for my products on my website, to add them to our new Amazon account selling via FBM . The spreadsheet needs to have one tshirt product loaded, complete with all size (15 of them) and colour (9 of them) variations. This will then be test uploaded to Amazon to validate the spreadsheet works correctly. When uploading correctly freelancer will need to show how to use the spreadsheet properly so that we can add more products.

Sizes - 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-11, 12-13, small, medium, large, XL, XXL, XXXL, XXXXL, XXXXXL
Colours - depends on shirt design colour, but there will be maximum of 9

In summary the tasks are -
Create a Amazon spreadsheet template for my categories (tshirts for men, woman and child)
Not needed fields can be hidden
Add one product to the sheet, with size (15) and colour (9) variations listed correctly.
Confirm that Amazon upload and product is created successfully.
Handover/teach how to use spreadsheet for future products.
