Transcribe PDF Notes to Excel

I have a single PDF that contains several pages of handwritten text. I need every word transcribed with care and transferred into an Excel workbook that is easy to scan and sort later on. Please separate the material into multiple columns, grouping content logically by topic as you go so I can filter or pivot the information without extra re-formatting.

Accuracy is more important than speed; I will cross-check the finished sheet against the original PDF. A good eye for sometimes-messy handwriting and solid Excel skills will be essential here.

Deliverable
• One .xlsx file with clear column headers, all text accurately entered and spell-checked, no empty rows or merged cells.
