Alabama Based - Residential Structure Evaluation & Analysis

I work for a private family that is engaging in real estate investing, currently focused on the residential Alabama marketplace. Focus is on buy and renovate of existing properties to then hold & rent or sell outright. Seeking a structural engineer in the Alabama marketplace that can help with the structural and MEP evaluation of existing residences. The goal is to perform a thorough structural inspection, evaluate condition of the structure and MEP systems, and coordinate findings so that any remedial work can be planned with confidence.

You will start by conducting on-site of the as-built condition. I expect a clear, well-organised report that highlights any areas of concern, followed by practical recommendations for strengthening or repair. Integrating your conclusions with the mechanical, electrical and plumbing routes already in place is important; clashes or design conflicts should be flagged and accompanied by solutions.

Deliverables:
• Mark-up drawings or models showing structural issues
• MEP evaluation
• Overall condition report
