## Project Description

We are looking for an experienced **AI video producer / motion graphics designer / product-film creator** to create a premium, visually compelling presentation video for an innovative **vehicle safety and digital identity platform**.

The video will be presented to **senior government officials and decision-makers** as part of a discussion regarding potential **state-level implementation**.

This is **not a conventional PowerPoint-to-video project**.

We want the final output to feel like a **premium technology/product film**, combining AI-generated visuals, cinematic motion, UI animations, motion graphics and professional narration.

The audience may have **never heard of the product or even the underlying concept**, so the video must explain the idea in an extremely simple and visually intuitive manner.

The final video will primarily be viewed **on a mobile phone during a face-to-face discussion**, so visual storytelling is extremely important.
