Affiliate Partners & Managers for Serbia and Serbian Diaspora

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AFFILIATE PARTNERS AND AFFILIATE MANAGERS FOR SERBIA AND THE SERBIAN DIASPORA

We are developing a new Affiliate Network focused on the Serbian market and are looking for people who have access to relevant audiences, communities, contacts or business networks and who are interested in working through an Affiliate model.

WE ARE PARTICULARLY INTERESTED IN TWO TYPES OF PARTNERS:

1. AFFILIATE PARTNER

A person who has their own audience, contacts or access to a particular community and believes they can distribute prepared promotional materials and generate potential clients through an Affiliate system.

THIS MAY INCLUDE, FOR EXAMPLE:

* people active on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or other platforms;
* owners or administrators of Facebook groups and other online communities;
* micro-influencers and owners of niche pages;
* bloggers and content creators;
* people connected with the Serbian diaspora;
* people with strong business or personal networks;
* people whose work naturally brings them into contact with a large number of individuals;
* or simply someone who believes they have an effective channel through which they can reach potential clients.

2. AFFILIATE MANAGER

We are also interested in people who believe they can identify, recruit and coordinate multiple Affiliate Partners.
An Affiliate Manager does not necessarily need to have a large audience of their own. What matters more is the ability to identify suitable people, establish contact, organise a network and maintain relationships with Affiliate Partners.
If you already have your own network of associates, influencers, group administrators, content creators, business contacts or other people who could potentially participate in an Affiliate programme, this may be a significant advantage.

HOW WE ENVISAGE THE COOPERATION

We are developing the business model, tracking system and promotional materials.
The Affiliate Partner uses their own channels, contacts or audience to distribute content and generate potential clients.
The Affiliate Manager may additionally develop and coordinate their own network of Affiliate Partners.
The system will enable the source of relevant contacts to be recorded so that the contribution of each Affiliate Partner or Affiliate Manager can be tracked transparently.
During the initial pilot phase, our main objective is to identify interested people, different types of partners and the channels with the greatest potential for developing an Affiliate Network in Serbia and among the Serbian diaspora.

WE WOULD PARTICULARLY LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:

* you have an audience or network of contacts in Serbia or among the Serbian diaspora;
* you have access to a local, business or online community;
* you work with influencers, content creators or social media administrators;
* you know people who could become Affiliate Partners;
* you have experience with Affiliate or Referral Marketing;
* you have ideas about how you could reach potential clients;
* or you believe you could organise a network of other Affiliates.

IN YOUR PROPOSAL, PLEASE BRIEFLY TELL US:

1. Do you see yourself primarily as an Affiliate Partner or an Affiliate Manager?
2. What channels, audiences, communities or contacts do you currently have access to, or believe you could develop?
3. How would you approach finding potential clients or other Affiliate Partners?
4. Do you already have experience with Affiliate or Referral models?
5. Would you be interested in potentially longer-term cooperation if the pilot produces good results?

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

Technical experience is not a requirement for Affiliate Partners or Affiliate Managers.
However, basic experience with the following may be an advantage later:
* Google Sheets / Excel;
* simple CRM systems;
* tracking links and UTM parameters;
* outreach tools;
* basic workflow or automation tools.
We are also open to proposals from candidates or small teams who, in addition to experience in Affiliate Marketing and recruitment, may be able to assist with the organisation, tracking and analysis of the initial pilot phase.

PILOT PROJECT

The initial phase is a pilot designed to test interest, different partner profiles and channels for developing an Affiliate Network in Serbia and among the Serbian diaspora, in the real estate sector.
The detailed working method, scope of engagement and cooperation terms will be agreed with the selected partner before the project is formally awarded.
