Advanced Telegram Support Bot

I need a fully-featured Telegram customer-support bot built to the same standard as www.such.chat, but adapted to my own workflow. High customization is essential: from branding and command structure to the way conversations are routed and stored, everything must be tweakable so the bot feels native to my business.

Core requirement
• The bot must let me compose and schedule broadcast messages inside Telegram and push them to selected user segments. Those broadcasts will include plain text and attached files or documents.

Nice-to-have (open to your suggestions)
• Smart auto-replies to common questions, deeper NLP hand-offs, or CRM integrations—if they can be added cleanly without bloating the system, I’m interested.
