Custom CRM WhatsApp Integration Solution

I run a custom-built CRM and now want it to communicate natively with WhatsApp Business, giving my team a WATI-style interface without moving away from our existing stack. The goal is a direct, stable link between the CRM and WhatsApp Cloud API (or an equivalent provider such as Twilio) that lets us launch and monitor conversations from inside the CRM itself.

Core requirement
– full chatbot support. The bot must handle three everyday scenarios end-to-end:

• Customer inquiries
• Order status updates
• Appointment scheduling

Inside the CRM I should be able to configure reply flows, store message history against the customer record, and trigger outbound templates when predefined events fire. Webhooks or REST endpoints are already exposed in the CRM, so you can plug straight into those. A lightweight admin panel for template management, opt-in compliance, and basic analytics will round the project off.

I expect clean, well-documented code (Node.js), clear setup instructions, and a short hand-off session so my in-house developers can maintain it going forward.
