Ad Operations & Retail Location Data Coordinator
Flexible, ongoing project | Weekly pay: approximately $100–$400, based on workload and requirements
I manage a programmatic advertising program that adds and removes hundreds of retail locations across our media platforms each month. I’m looking for a detail-oriented contractor to keep location data accurate and aligned across our media platform and location classification tool.
Responsibilities
- Enter new retail location lists and flag locations for removal.
- Tag each location correctly using our classification tool.
- Audit uploaded data to confirm IDs and tags match the supplied lists.
- Share updated lists with our internal planning team and external media partners.
- Review campaign creative against a checklist and complete approvals.
- Set campaigns live once they’re ready and approved.
Accuracy is the top priority: even a single incorrect digit can send ads to the wrong store. Clear communication and timely updates are also important.
Weekly deliverables
- An updated onboarding and offboarding tracker.
- A verified location file uploaded and tagged in the media platform.
- A confirmation note documenting the audit and any discrepancies.
- Campaign or creative reviews and approvals completed on schedule.
Ideal experience
You have previous ad operations or campaign operations experience and are comfortable working in media platforms and location classification tools. Spreadsheet skills are helpful, though most of the work happens in those two systems.
I’ll provide system access, naming conventions, and a short Loom walkthrough of the workflow. The project is flexible and ongoing, with weekly payment typically between $100 and $400, depending on the volume and requirements.
