Sophrodelic is looking for an independent Client Acquisition Partner to help us reach individuals, couples, and private groups interested in our personalised retreats in Jamaica.
Founded by Bénédicte (Ben) Mannix, Sophrodelic offers holistic therapeutic support built around each person’s needs. Ben has more than 15 years of experience helping people navigate anxiety, depression, high stress, burnout, addiction, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
Our private retreats combine careful preparation, therapeutically supported psilocybin experiences, and dedicated integration support. Before a retreat is planned, we take time to understand each guest’s needs through a private conversation.
What we specialise in:
• Private Retreats in Jamaica: Tailored stays ranging from 3 to 10 days for individuals, couples, and small private groups.
• Personalised Holistic Support: Focused on emotional well-being, stress management, relationships, and personal growth.
• Support Throughout the Process: Preparation before the retreat, dedicated support on site, and integration afterwards.
• Privacy & Discretion: Personal attention tailored to each guest’s needs and comfort.
Your role as a Client Acquisition Partner includes:
• Finding Interested Prospects: Connecting with people in the USA, Canada, and the UK who are actively looking for private, personalised retreats.
• Building Referral Relationships: Developing connections with therapists, coaches, and wellness professionals who may refer interested clients.
• Ethical Outreach: Communicating clearly and respectfully about Sophrodelic’s services without promising specific outcomes.
• Arranging Introductory Calls: Speaking with interested prospects and connecting them with Ben for a private conversation.
Compensation:
This is a fully commission-based role. You will receive 10% commission on each confirmed, paid retreat booking that you source.
