Adelaide Residential Land Survey

I need a licensed surveyor to attend my block in the northern suburbs of Adelaide and capture everything my design team will require for residential construction planning. The immediate goal is to collect precise data so my architect and engineer can finalise drawings and lodge the council application. While an accurate boundary and a clear topographical picture are obviously important, the emphasis is on construction-grade information rather than a simple title re-establishment.

The site is currently vacant, with straightforward access for tripod and drone-based equipment. Once on site, you will mark and pick up the lot boundaries, take contour levels, locate visible services and any surface features that could affect footings or service runs. I am happy to meet you on the day to point out key reference points and confirm the extent of work.

Please provide the following as part of your submission:

• Digital and PDF site plan showing boundaries, spot heights and 0.5–1 m contour intervals
• MGA94 coordinates and offsets suitable for structural set-out
• Locations of visible services, fences, retaining walls and crossovers
• DWG or DXF file compatible with AutoCAD / ArchiCAD, plus a layered PDF for quick reference
• A signed surveyor’s certificate accepted by the local council
