Accurate Scan Transcription with Formatting

I have a collection of clearly typed, English-language pages that were scanned to PDF. I need every word transferred into an editable digital file while keeping the original look—fonts, line breaks, indents, headings, tables or bullet points must stay exactly where they are.

The job is pure text entry, but accuracy matters as much as layout fidelity. I will supply the scans in batches; after each batch, I will compare your file side-by-side with the PDF. Any mismatch in wording or formatting will be sent back for revision, so it pays to proofread before delivering.

Deliverables
• One editable document (DOCX or Google Doc) per batch, mirroring the scanned page layout.
• Final file that passes my page-by-page check for 100 % textual accuracy and matching formatting.
