Accurate PDF-to-Word Conversion

I have a batch of PDFs that must be turned into fully editable .docx files while keeping the layout looking the same to the naked eye—headings, tables, images, page breaks, everything. Some files are straightforward text, others mix graphics and scanned pages, so you’ll need reliable OCR alongside solid formatting skills in Word, Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader or similar tools.

What I will send you: a folder of original PDFs, numbered in sequence.
What I expect back: a matching set of .docx files, each one named exactly like its source. I’ll compare the Word version side-by-side with the PDF; if spacing, bullet alignment or images shift noticeably, I’ll ask for a quick adjustment.

Deliverables
• One clean, editable Word document per PDF supplied
• All fonts embedded or substituted so there are no missing-font warnings on open

Once the first file passes review, we’ll move through the rest at an agreed daily page rate. Let me know how many pages you can comfortably convert each day and which software you prefer to use so I can plan the schedule.
