**Project Title:** Real Estate Brochure & Group Profile Design | 36–40 Pages

We are looking for an experienced freelance graphic designer to create a premium, visually refined real-estate brochure and group profile.

The brochure should communicate a sophisticated real-estate brand identity while remaining clean, minimal, and easy to read. We are looking for a designer with experience in luxury real-estate, architecture, hospitality, or lifestyle collateral.

**Scope of Work**

- Design a 36–40 page real-estate brochure/group profile.
- Create a consistent layout system for cover pages, section dividers, project information, amenities, location maps, brand story, team/company profile, contact details, and legal/disclaimer pages.
- Use the content, images, logo, and brand information provided by our team.
- Incorporate suitable visual hierarchy, typography, iconography, and image layouts.
- Make revisions based on consolidated feedback.

**Design Direction**

- Premium, elegant, minimal, and modern.
- Beige, cream, warm neutral, and subtle earthy tones.
- Clean grids, ample white space, refined typography, and a high-end editorial look.
- The design should feel suitable for a luxury or aspirational real-estate brand.
- Avoid cluttered layouts, overly bright colours, and generic templates.

**Deliverables**

- Print-ready PDF in high resolution.
- Editable open/source files in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or the agreed design software.
- All linked assets, fonts, and working files organised clearly.
- Digital PDF version suitable for sharing on WhatsApp and email.

**Budget**
