Technical Architecture Documentation Needed

I need clear, well-structured technical documentation that captures the system architecture and data-flow of my project. The end goal is a single source of truth I can hand to developers, QA, and any future stakeholders so that everyone understands how each module interacts and where the data travels.

Scope
• Map out the full system architecture, noting every major component, integration point, and dependency.
• Illustrate data flow step-by-step, highlighting sources, transformations, and destinations.

Please deliver the documentation in an editable Word file (diagrams can be embedded Visio, Lucidchart, or similar—whatever you are comfortable with, as long as they remain editable). Clarity and accuracy are more important than sheer length, so concise explanations and clean visuals are preferred.
