I’m building a new, PC-first sports title that focuses on the thrill of a single athlete pushing their limits. My goal is to match the depth and polish of a “AAA” release while keeping the creativity and agility of an indie project, and I’m looking for a seasoned game developer who can help me turn the core concept into a playable reality.
You’ll work with me from the earliest prototype through to a vertical slice, shaping responsive controls, authentic physics, and a clean, modern visual style that runs smoothly on today’s mid-range PCs. Whether you prefer Unity, Unreal Engine, or another comparable toolset, I’m open—as long as you can demonstrate mastery of the engine’s physics, animation pipelines, and performance-profiling features.
Key deliverables
• A tight, replayable core gameplay loop that captures the excitement of individual competition
• Character controller and physics system tuned for believable momentum, balance, and trick execution
• One polished arena/track environment, complete with lighting, shaders, and crowd ambience
• Basic UI, scoring, and restart flow so the build feels like an actual game session
• Clear, well-commented source project plus build instructions for Windows PC
I’ll provide reference footage, design sketches, and rapid feedback throughout development. Code quality, frame-rate stability, and accurate input handling are critical acceptance criteria. If you have shipped—or at least prototyped—sports or physics-heavy titles before, I’d love to see links, clips, or binaries alongside your proposal.
