Hiring: Business Development – Voice Chat / Creator Ecosystem (Indonesia)
We're hiring a hands-on BD professional to grow a voice chat / social entertainment ecosystem in Indonesia.
Location: Indonesia (Remote) / Shanghai (Onsite)
Salary: USD 2,000–4,000/month base
Experience: 1–2+ years in BD, creator/community operations, user acquisition, partnerships, livestreaming or social apps
What you'll do
Source and onboard hosts, creators, agencies, guilds and communities

Build partnerships and drive user acquisition

Manage the full funnel from outreach to activation and retention

Identify new growth opportunities across social platforms and online communities

We're looking for
Strong cold outreach and relationship-building skills

Experience in voice chat, livestreaming, social entertainment, gaming or creator ecosystems

Fluent English + Chinese OR English + Bahasa Indonesia

Yami / WePlay / NiceYo background is preferred, but similar platforms are welcome
