2D Environment Artist — Side-Scroller Parallax Backgrounds & Modular Kit -- 2

I am building an 8-minute playable vertical slice for a 2D side-scrolling action game, to show to investors. Hand-painted style, gritty sci-fi, warm desaturated palette, strong backlighting. Painterly rather than vector-flat or pixel art.
I have finished concept art for six environments. I need them rebuilt as production-ready game backgrounds.

What you would deliver

• Six environments rebuilt as separated parallax layers (sky / far / mid / playfield / near / atmosphere), each with alpha, plus a flat collision layer
• Each environment extended horizontally to 3–4 screens; two of them also extended vertically to 2 screens
• A modular kit of roughly 50 reusable pieces — floors, platforms, ladders, catwalks, walls, market stalls, crates, grime overlays — with consistent module height and matching edges
• Roughly six to eight unique hero props per area
• Target resolution 1920 × 1080. All layers authored 20% larger than frame for parallax overscan.

What I am looking for

• Portfolio with shipped or production side-scroller backgrounds — specifically layered parallax work, not single illustrations
• Experience building modular or tile able kits that do not read as repetitive
• Comfortable holding one consistent lighting rule across an entire set
• Delivers layered PSDs with named layers, not flattened images
