2450 Apartment Construction Drawings

I need a full set of architectural construction drawings for a new apartment building produced in AutoCAD, formatted on A3 sheet sets. An outline schedule is already prepared and attached; once we start, I will forward the base architectural files and any additional reference material you need.

Scope of work
• Produce coordinated floor plans, sections, elevations and all related construction details exactly as indicated in the attached drawing schedule.
• Maintain my title-block standards and layer naming.
• Supply each submission in both PDF and native .dwg.

Milestone flow
1. 20 % – Tasks 1 & 2 completed and issued for review
2. 50 % – Tasks 3 & 4
3. 80 % – Tasks 5 & 6
4. 90 % – full-set markup revisions returned and incorporated
5. 100 % – final checked drawings delivered

Please factor unlimited mark-ups within reason until the set is fully coordinated and approved.

Acceptance criteria
• All sheets plotted cleanly at 1 : 1 on A1 and A3 with correct line-weights.
• External references bound, no missing fonts or plot styles.
• Clash-free sections and elevations that match the plans.
• Details drawn at appropriate scales with clear call-outs.

Only drafters with proven experience in residential construction documentation should respond; general designers or non-architectural backgrounds will not be considered. AutoCAD proficiency and a solid grasp of construction detailing are essential.
