10TB WAN Transfer Optimization

I need a proven strategy to move more than 10 TB of mixed-type data—media assets, databases (primarily MSSQL dumps) and a variety of project files—across our WAN as quickly and safely as possible.

The current link struggles with long round-trip times and occasional packet loss, so every transfer drags on for days and sometimes fails outright. My aim is threefold: slash the overall transfer window, eliminate checksum mismatches or corrupt segments, and lighten the ongoing load on the network while these moves are in progress.

I am open to any combination of protocol tuning, compression, data deduplication, forward-error correction, WAN acceleration appliances, or cloud relay services—as long as the end result delivers measurable improvements.

• Final validation showing achieved transfer speed, integrity checksums and impact on other traffic

I will provide remote access to a test segment, sample data sets and the MSSQL dump process so you can replicate real-world conditions. Success is defined by demonstrating a repeatable workflow that reliably pushes the 10 TB batch in a fraction of today’s time while keeping data intact and everyday traffic responsive.
