About the Role We are seeking a professional English Samoan Translator for a freelance project in the healthcare sector. The translator will be responsible for accurately translating healthcare and clinical trial documents, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and adherence to industry-specific terminology. Project Details: Language Pair: English Samoan Field: Healthcare and Clinical Trials Tools: Client-provided SDL Trados packages Key Responsibilities Translate healthcare and clinical trials documents from English into Samoan with high accuracy. Ensure use of correct medical and clinical terminology in line with industry standards. Work with client-provided Trados packages and follow project-specific guidelines. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical content. Deliver translations within the agreed deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications/Requirements Native-level fluency in Samoan and excellent command of English. Proven experience in medical/healthcare/clinical trial translation. Proficiency in SDL Trados Studio (mandatory). Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
