Hi, I am looking for a web developer to convert my PSD to HTML and integrate mailchimp to store the emails. This page is just a message for our visitors that our website is under construction. You need to do the following, -Convert both desktop and mobile PSD to HTML -Conversion should be fully responsive and pixel perfect from all screen sizes of desktop and mobile -All the fonts, design elements, layouts should be exactly like PSD file -Users will leave an email which should be stored in mailchimp list -Under email you need to add a captcha to avoid spams -On the top of the page you can see an orange bar so you need to animate it when page opens, it would be sort of a quick loading bar Please check the PSD files here: drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Ej_pwWVd5mpepaLG6voNjqiorlzCx72e?usp=sharing Regards,
