Project overview
Description: We’re building a national AI-driven real estate listing and appointment platform and need a senior freelance engineer (or small team) to build the core technology. Responsibilities: Design and implement a central workflow automation system (n8n-class or similar) Integrate APIs between lead sources, AI, CRM, calendars, and payments Ingest leads from multiple channels (Meta, LinkedIn, web forms; future SMS/calls) Build GPT-powered conversational AI flows for lead qualification Automate appointment booking (Google/Outlook, reminders, time zones) Deep CRM integration and reporting dashboards Ensure compliance (TCPA, GDPR, consent tracking) Requirements: Strong experience in workflow automation, APIs, and scalable architecture Familiarity with AI integrations and conversational flows Clean, modular, auditable coding practices Engagement: Freelance/contract, paid on delivery only Phased build approach (foundation + scale) This role is the final technical piece needed to launch.
