Create a Master CSS File based off bootstrap 4 Supply a SCSS file also Supply every page back as a separate HTML document Write JS for any of the animated elements specified by our designers and use libraries that will achieve requested affects. fontawesome, animate css, isotope etc. Responsive and look/work correctly in all major browsers The file will be supplied as a PSD with attached notes on how the designer would like elements to work. If i have missed anything off, please ask.
